The concept of stacking improvements into existing time blocks is underrated. Most productivity advice assumes you can carve out new time, but as a new parent thatjust doesn't exist. What stood out is how each tweak built on the previous one without requiring a complete overhaul. The jump from just walking to adding the weighted vest is a good example of finding efficiency gains within established routines rather than fighting to create entirely new ones.
